Unheard Songs of a Mute Bird

listen: it's okay to find beauty in the broken it's quite alright to witness it in the decay but i never managed to see where the beauty was in giving up.

Learn to Love AgainShe sat on the floor near his piano as he played out one symphony after another.
"Chris?" she asked softly. The music sped up. "I'm sorry."   Bang Her heart skipped a beat at the sound.
Chris had slammed his head on the piano, his arms covering his head.
"CHRIS!" she got up and sat beside him on the piano trying to hold his shaking form.
And then he stopped. Head slowly rose, arms freed themselves from her embrace. And he continued to play.
